Preliminary Apprentice Application
The Twin City Area Heat and Frost Local 34 Insulators JAC (Joint Apprenticeship Committee) has scheduled an enrolment period to provide a source of "Provisional Pre - Apprentice(s)," for possible future apprenticeship(s).
PLEASE NOTE: This is not an offer of employment, nor one of apprenticeship vacancy. The Joint Apprenticeship Committee will compile a list of all registrants. The list will replace all previous registrations. If apprenticeship opportunities develop, only persons who have registered will be considered.
I, acknowledge that I have read and understand the conditions stated and agree that:
- 1. This registration is not an offer of employment or apprenticeship; and
- 2. It is my responsibility to notify the Twin City Area Heat and Frost Insulators Local 34 Joint Apprenticeship Committee of any change of my address or telephone number.
